horrible whore

I went on another tour of arquitectura in Madrid with my class today. We´re talking about 20th centurty art now, so we were looking at buildings that are more in the business area of Madrid, buildings with lots of glass and stuff.

I´m really proud of myself, I finally finished my journals for class before midnight the night before class! It´s not even 10pm and I have my homework finished for tomorrow! :)

Sandra and I hung out with Victor at the house for a while this evening. We laughed a lot. He took my dictionary and was like "you are..." then he would look up some work in Spanish and say the English word. The funniest things were "ignoramus" and "whore". It was mostly the way he said the words. We laughed about those for forever! He would say "horrible whore" and hold the "h" sound for a second before he finished the words, so it was like "hhhhorrible whhhore". It´s probably not that funny for you to read, but it was really funny when it happened and I just thought that I´d share it with everyone.

Only one more day of class before my exams, then classes are OVER! I only have like 8 days left in Spain, which is sad, but I´m ready for classes to be over. Sandra and I made a list this morning of things that we want to do in Madrid before we leave. Here´s our list: tapas bar, the movies (they´re in Spanish of course), Capital (a popular discoteca in Madrid), and Parque del Retiro for one last time. We´re going to be gone to León for 3 days this weekend, so we really only have 5 days left in Madrid. :( At least I have camp to look forward to when I get back!
