Hace calor como hielo en el sol

It finally got hot enough to turn the air conditioning on in the house today. It´s been in the mid-30s all day today. Currently, it´s 37 degrees. (That would be 98.6 degrees F.) Sandra and I decided to hit the park and relax in the shade after our siesta, even though it´s crazy hot out. We took the bus back from the park, but it took about an hour. We wanted to see some of the city that we hadn´t seen yet, so we kinda went out of the way to get home, but it was cool and the bus was air conditioned.

On the metro this afternoon, there were 2 men who looked like they had just stepped out of the 80s, it was crazy. They had AC/DC t-shirts on with cut off sleeves, one was wearing short cut-off denim shorts, one was wearing pencil jeans and I don´t remember what their faces looked like. At least one had long hair and they both had tatoos covering their arms. You see a lot of interesting people on the metro.

Tomorrow morning I leave for León for the weekend. I´ll be back Monday night. I don´t actually have an itenerary of what I´ll be doing, but I´m sure I´ll have plenty of stories to post when I get back!
