Back in the US

I got back to NC around midnight last Thursday (June 29). The flight back was fine, but we almost missed our connection flight from JFK to Raleigh. Luckily, the flight had been delayed and we were able to catch it. It was a lot of craziness, but it all worked out. I didn't have any problems with jet lag when I got back, which was good because I was home for 2 days and then I started working at Lutheridge. (Which is why I haven't updated since I let Spain.) I have been able to practice Spanish a little bit this past week. There were a couple Hispanic campers at camp and I spoke some Spanish with them and I spoke some with another counselor who is actually going to be teaching Spanish in the fall. It's exciting for me when I find someone to speak Spanish with here.

I'm currently working on sorting through my pictures and as soon as I get that done, I will post some. Hopefully it will be in the next couple weeks, but I can't promise anything since I'm at camp everyday except Saturday.
